Our programme is very flexible. It can be offered as a complete 12 modules for developing a resilient self or be broken down as thematic workshops.
SELF AWARENESS & IDENTITY
Get to know oneself through different personality analysis tools. With Positive Psychology as fundamentals, the focus here is to uncover each individual’s unique strengths and values, and learn how to leverage on these strengths for more success in life.
SELF CARE & EQ MANAGEMENT
Our inner-strength is like a reservoir of energy. We need to learn how to take care of this pool of energy and how to use it to help us during challenging times. Often, the source of this energy is our emotional well-being. So learning to manage our emotions is key in building up the inner reservoir of resilience.
POSITIVE SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Human beings are social animals. Our relationships is a source of support for us to stay resilience. So having positive relationships, knowing how to create and manage positive relationships is an important skill to our well-being and resilience.
